Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On March 15, 2019, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company’s financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and the year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
