Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 30, 2017, Science Applications International Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended February 3, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company’s management will discuss operations and financial results in an earnings conference call beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on March 30, 2017.
