Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 7, 2019, Johannes “Werner” P. Hugo resigned from his position as Senior Vice President – Trucking Operations of USA Truck, Inc. (the “Company”). The terms of Mr. Hugo’s separation from the Company are materially consistent with his Executive Severance and Change In Control Agreement previously filed the Securities and Exchange Commission.
