Other Events.
 
On August 13, 2009, Western Sizzlin Corporation (the “Company”) and The Steak n Shake Company (“SNS”) issued a joint press release announcing the execution of a non-binding Letter of Intent relating to a proposed merger of the Company into a wholly-owned subsidiary of SNS.   A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
