Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 13, 2004, Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced that its Harmon, Inc. subsidiary had completed its purchase of the assets of Architectural Wall Solutions, Inc. (AWallS), an Indiana corporation. A copy of the press release announcing the purchase is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
