Item 1.01. | Entry into a Definitive Material Agreement. |
On October 26, 2007, National Retail Properties, Inc. (the Company) exercised the $100 million accordion feature of its existing unsecured bank credit facility pursuant to Section 2.15 of the Eighth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, as amended, between the Company and a syndicate of lenders, with Wachovia Bank, National Association, as the Administrative Agent. The Companys credit facility capacity increased from $300 million to $400 million. The facility will mature May 2009 and contains a one-year extension at the Companys sole option. The interest rate on the credit facility is currently LIBOR plus 80 basis points.

On October 26, 2007, the Company exercised the $100 million accordion feature of its existing unsecured bank credit facility, the terms of which are described in Item 1.01 above.
