On February 25, 2008, Masimo Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will debut technology for noninvasive and continuous total hemoglobin and oxygen content monitoring at the World Congress of Anesthesiology in Cape Town, South Africa, on March 3, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
