Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 13, 2018, The Gap, Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of Neil Fiske as president and chief executive officer of Gap brand. Mr. Fiske will begin his new role on June 20, 2018. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
