Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed Capital”), a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology focused private equity firm, today announced the successful acquisition of E4H Environments for Health Architecture (“E4H”), a leading provider of consulting, planning, and facility design architecture services for the healthcare and health science and technology industry. Founded in 1982, E4H, the largest Healthcare Architectural Firm in the nation (per Engineering News-Record), has more than forty years of experience exclusively designing state-of-the-art healthcare and life sciences facilities across the US. With a national footprint comprising of nine offices across eight states, E4H has a deep portfolio of more than 9,000 completed projects across forty-five states—a testament to the efficacy of the firm’s highly-skilled, industry-recognized workforce dedicated to creating economically and environmentally sustainable facilities that enhance the well-being of patients, staff, and families.

Following the transaction, E4H will join MOREgroup, Godspeed Capital’s newly rebranded platform of architecture, design, and engineering brands with robust sector focused industry experience. Formed through the combination of Huckabee Architects, Rachlin Partners, TSK Architects, Image Engineering Group, and E4H, the MOREgroup today comprises a network of 700 employees in 21 offices across the US.
