INTERNATIONAL PAPER INVESTOR ALERT by the Former Attorney General of Louisiana: Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC Investigates Merger of International Paper Company - IP

Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed merger of International Paper Company (the “Company”) (NYSE: IP) and DS Smith Plc. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, International Paper will issue 0.1285 shares for each DS Smith share, resulting in International Paper shareholders owning only approximately 66.3% of the combined company.
