Federman & Sherwood investigates New TSI Holdings, Inc./New York Sports Club for data breach. On September 26, 2024, New York Sports Club filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General’s Office of California after discovering an unauthorized user accessed files on their servers. New York Sports Club launched an investigation into the incident revealing around 19,836 individuals personal and sensitive information was accessed on or about July 27, 2024. New York Sports Club is a gym chain that offers a variety of fitness services.

The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Full name
  • Social Security Number
  • Passport numbers
  • Other sensitive information
