European Wax Center, Inc. Publishes Inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance Report

PLANO, Texas, Sept. 12, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- European Wax Center, Inc. (NASDAQ: EWCZ) (the “Company” or “European Wax Center”), the largest and fastest-growing franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States, today announced the release of its 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) Report, highlighting the Company’s efforts to build a more confident, inclusive and sustainable community.

Informed by the Company’s first-ever materiality assessment completed in 2022, the inaugural Report details European Wax Center’s strategies, programs and performance across key ESG topics for fiscal year 2022. The Report builds on the Company’s initial ESG disclosures in its ESG Fact Sheet released in 2022 and is aligned with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation’s SASB standards for the Professional & Commercial Services industry.
