Despite the challenges faced by the shutdown of the arts for more than a year, Cincinnati Opera has announced an impressive cast of singers for three operatic favorites: Bizet’s “Carmen,” Puccini’s “Tosca” and Rossini’s “The Barber of the Seville.”
