Harris to announce $500 million school bus rebate program to replace diesel with electric, low emissions buses

The White House plans to unveil the Environmental Protection Agency's $500 million Clean School Bus rebate program at a high school in Virginia on Friday in an event with Vice President Kamala Harris.
