Other Events


In a press release dated October 26, 2009, Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”) announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in Bancorp’s quarterly dividend by $0.01 to $0.15 per common share.  The cash dividend is payable on November 13, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 2, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
