Notification of Major Interest in Shares
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed
on 18 December 2006 that Lehman Brothers International (Europe) ("Lehman") had
increased their holding by 15,282,860 since their last filing on 23 November
2006. Lehman's revised holding amounts to 76,314,195 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each, representing 10.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
