Notification of Interests of Directors
The Company was informed on 19 January 2007 by Dr David Ebsworth, Non-Executive
Director of SkyePharma PLC, that on 19 January 2007 he had purchased 67,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 23.99 pence per share. The shares
are registered in the name of DWP Bank. As a result of the transaction Dr
Ebsworth now has a beneficial interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
which represents 0.03% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
