                        PARTNERS GROWTH STOCK CONFERENCE



LONDON, UK, 14 February 2007-- SkyePharma PLC (Nasdaq: SKYE; LSE: SKP) announces
today that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Frank Condella, will make a
presentation at the 19th Annual Roth Capital Partners Growth Stock Conference in
California, USA.  Mr. Condella will deliver his presentation on Wednesday 21
