Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 11, 2004, Atmos Energy Corporation (the “Company”) announced in a news release its financial results for the fiscal 2004 second quarter, and that its officers will discuss such financial results on May 12, 2004 at 7:00 a.m. Central Time. In the release, the Company also announced that the presentation would be webcast live and that slides for the broadcast would also be available on its website. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety into this Item 12.
