On July 16, 2009, Marc Onetto provided a letter to Microvision, Inc. stating that he would not stand for re-election as a director at the Microvision Inc. 2009 annual meeting of stockholders due to the time requirements of his position at Amazon.com, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations.
