At the Schmitt Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on October 8, 2010, the following individuals were elected by the votes indicated as Directors of the Company for a three-year term expiring in 2013. There were no abstentions or broker non votes with respect to either nominee.
