Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. (F&M) is filing this Form 8-K/A to amend its current report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 13, 2018 (the Original Form 8-K). The Original Form 8-K reported that Farmers & Merchants State Bank (the Bank), the wholly-owned subsidiary of F&M, had entered into an employment agreement with Lars B. Eller, under which Mr. Eller would become the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. The press release that was included with the Original Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 incorrectly stated in paragraph two that Mr. Eller had been Head of Wealth Management for TD Bank. Mr. Ellers position with TD Bank actually was Head of National Sales for the U.S. TD Bank Wealth Business.
