On April 27, 2005, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2005 and for the fiscal year ended March 27, 2005. A copy of the press release (the “April 27 Press Release”) is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
