Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 10, 2011, Alkermes, Inc. (“Alkermes”), Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Amylin”), and Eli Lilly and Co. (“Lilly”) announced positive results from a phase 2 study assessing the efficacy, safety and tolerability of exenatide once monthly compared to exenatide once weekly (exenatide extended-release for injectable suspension, proposed brand name BYDUREON™), an investigational type 2 diabetes therapy.
