His professional career began in San Diego as a pharmacist, quickly earning a reputation for excellence and eventually becoming the Director of Pharmacy at Kindred Healthcare.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Javdani transitioned to the retail sector by acquiring a small grocery store in San Diego's Clairemont neighborhood. He expanded its offerings to include a diverse range of international products, transforming it into the thriving Balboa Market. The market now serves San Diego's diverse population and includes a restaurant and catering service.
