American Financial Group, Inc. ("AFG") announced that its 82% owned subsidiary, Great American Financial Resources, Inc. has reached an agreement to sell Great American Life Assurance Company of Puerto Rico. AFG also announced an increase in its earnings guidance. See attached Press Release.
