Holistic Life Coaching is offered virtually by Dr. Lori Noto. Sessions are 45-60 minutes after the initial discovery session which is a 30-minute information session. Coaching sessions are scheduled to fit the customer's lifestyle.

The current educational environment is more challenging than ever. Dr. Noto has dedicated her life and career to the education of children and adults in the private and university sector. She has mentored and guided many students over her long teaching career.
Her skills as a mentor and guide are so needed in the current educational environment. Dr. Noto’s academic role in teacher and administrator preparation provided her with an up-close view of the current state of education. She brought many strategies into the classroom including mindfulness and personal growth strategies to accompany the content. Mindfulness and personal growth strategies are key for all professionals and often overlooked or minimized in their importance.
A professional who understands the power of self-renewal and restoration is more effective regardless of their profession. Dr. Noto understands the realities of the classroom, school and district and she is passionate about providing educators with an outlet to recharge, reduce stress and maintain their commitment to children and youth who are our future leaders.

Dr. Noto can guide people to find their focus. She can aid them to change their outlook and perspective. Dr. Noto can provide others with an outlet to regain purpose. Through coaching they can make changes, find or rediscover their passion and live a more fulfilling life.

Services Offered - Holistic Coaching Packages:
Packages of 6 or 9 virtual sessions with the possibility of extending the coaching relationship. Prices available on request. A free initial 30-minute discovery session will be conducted to determine the needs of the client and to discuss preliminary goals. Virtual sessions are scheduled to fit the client’s lifestyle.
