On June 14, 2007, Jerry J. Langdon, Executive Vice President, Public and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Compliance Officer of Reliant Energy, Inc., resigned, effective as of June 30, 2007.  Mr. Langdon will pursue another career opportunity.
