On July 13, 2009, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing revised revenue and earnings guidance for fiscal 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
