ITEM 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On March 16, 2010, the Registrant’s Board of Directors amended Article VI of its Bylaws by adding Section 603 allowing the Registrant’s securities to be represented by uncertificated shares. The amended and restated Bylaws are attached as Exhibit 3.2 and are incorporated in this Item 5.03 by reference.
