First Cash Financial Services, Inc. has issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors approved an increase in the size of its current share repurchase plan. The Company's press release, dated March 14, 2008, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 8.01.
