Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 20, 2017, Don Foust resigned from his position as President of New Penn Motor Express LLC (“New Penn”), one of the operating companies of YRC Worldwide Inc. (the “Company”). Effective September 20, 2017, Howard Moshier, most recently Sr. Vice President, Operations and Equipment Services of YRC Inc. (doing business as YRC Freight and also an operating company of the Company), was named President of New Penn.
