REPLY TO THE REQUEST BY THE KOREA EXCHANGE TO COMMENT ON REPORTS REGARDING THE POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF ADT CAPS

While SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is currently studying a potential acquisition of ADT CAPS, the Company has not made any decision with regard to such acquisition. The Company will make a public announcement when a decision is made or, whether or not a decision has been made, by April 13, 2018.
