Regaining of Minimum Bid Price Compliance

 

As previously reported, on December 27, 2016, the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notified Sify Technologies Limited (the “Company”) that its common stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of Nasdaq.

 

Since then, Nasdaq has determined that for 10 consecutive business days, from September 14 to 27, 2017, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater.

 

On September 28, 2017, Nasdaq notified the Company that it has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
