Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers
On November 8, 2016, CPS Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Thomas E. Breen as Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing, a new position in the Company reporting to Grant C. Bennett, President and Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
