EKS&H, the largest nationally recognized Colorado-based audit, tax, technology, and business consulting firm, continues its growth by announcing the promotion of two partners: Josh Billiard, CPA, CCIFP, and Drew Mattox, CPA.
Josh Billiard, CPA, CCIFP, joined EKS&H in 2006 and has almost 12 years of public accounting experience. He possesses deep knowledge in audit services for general contractors, specialty subcontractors, heavy highway companies, as well as manufacturers and distributors. In addition, he focuses on employee benefit plans, specifically 401(k) plans and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Josh is based in the EKS&H Fort Collins office.
Josh earned a master’s of science in business administration from Colorado State University and serves as the Northern Colorado committee chair for the Construction Financial Management Association. He’s also a member of the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and the Construction Industry CPAs and Consultants Association. He currently serves as treasurer on the Northern Colorado United for Youth Board of Directors.

Drew Mattox, CPA, has almost 12 years of public accounting experience and co-leads the EKS&H automotive niche. He serves privately held companies across the Front Range in a variety of industries, including automotive, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing, and offers expertise in partnership and corporate taxation, including entity structuring; special allocations; last in, first out (LIFO) calculations; and federal and state income tax planning. Drew is based in the EKS&H Fort Collins office.
Drew earned a master’s of accounting from the University of Montana and is a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs and is involved with the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association. He has served as treasurer on the ChildSafe Board of Directors since 2013, which is Northern Colorado’s only comprehensive outpatient treatment program for child and adult victims of childhood abuse.
