Ama Life Initiatives Inc. has officially launched and revealed some of the big wins and challenges it faces getting this far. More information on this non-profit can be found at https://amalifeinitiatives.org
Phillipsburg, United States - November 22, 2021 /PressCable/ —
Ama Life Initiatives Inc. is celebrating its first milestone, which commemorates a few months of intense, challenging and great efforts in bringing the non-profit to life. This is a huge milestone for the New Jersey and Nigeria-based Non Profit Organization for Africans and friends. They plan to grow their presence in other African countries, including but not limited to Ghana, Sierra Leone and Cameron.
Ama Life Initiatives Inc. got its start on Ama Life Initiatives Inc. when founder Maryann Nduagu observed and confirmed the near absence of socio-cultural connections among the community that gave rise to the need to empower African women and youth while promoting African heritage. .
One of the earliest challenges Ama Life Initiatives Inc. faced was finding an effective way to create and engage the target community and friends. It was a major huddle. They are facing the challenge of having a relatively permanent location for most events and programs, especially those that attract lots of inquiries..
While every non-profit exists to solve a need they equally face challenges, some, like Ama Life Initiatives Inc.are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such a victory came when, while facing many challenges, the organization took no time in drawing the attention of volunteers and well-wishers in reaching the step of this generational journey. Parents began to grasp the enormous benefits of being involved in the organization, which was a major success. They understood the process, according to Peter Senge, “all great things have small beginnings.”.
Maryann Nduagu, Founder at Ama Life Initiatives Inc. was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Ama Life Initiatives Inc.’s young history so far was having a local news piece on us that generated interest from our surrounding communities and outside our state, which was a good step towards awareness for the AMA Life Initiatives. Another big win was people reaching out to us individually or as a community to assist in creating a safe harbor for the initiatives and the dreams of every child.”
Ama Life Initiatives Inc.’s founder, Maryann Nduagu, said: “We’re delighted to be celebrating one of many upcoming milestones. I believe the secret to getting this kicked off today is in the pursuit of our mission. The ability of African descent to not only see current organizational benefits but to see far ahead and prepare for success way ahead of time.”.
Ama Life Initiatives Inc. currently consists of employees and volunteers and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to serve communities of color, focusing on black and African-American women and youth. Use education programs and events to advance inclusion and diversity, building culturally relevant programs that help youth prevent identity issues and conflicts in the context of race and culture. Partner with core organizations and stakeholders to promote cultural identity, heritage, and multi-cultural connections.
Ama Life Initiatives Inc. would also like to thank friends, volunteers, stakeholders and all its partners for their well wishes on this happy occasion.
