Founder George Mackiewicz Begins Transition Towards Retirement After Building Leading ERP Consultancy Over 44 Years

HARWINTON, Conn. - March 5, 2024 - PRLog -- CAL Business Solutions, a leading ERP and business management consulting firm, today announced a transition in company leadership as founder George Mackiewicz begins the process of retiring after over four decades building the firm. Mackiewicz will remain involved in an advisory capacity, while Stacey Poll and John DiLeo are the new principal owners to continue driving the company's strategic vision and success.

Poll and DiLeo have a combined 29 years of leadership experience at CAL across Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and multiple industries. Their contributions spanning solution architecture, strategic advisory, operational excellence, and client success delivery have been instrumental in the firm's performance and growth.
