On July 27, 2017, the registrant issued a press release regarding its financial results for the second quarter of 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On July 24, 2017, Steven S. Fitzgerald, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Visteon Corporation (the “Company”), gave notice of his resignation and will leave the Company on August 8, 2017.
