Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2014, Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”), issued its earnings release covering operating results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2013. The earnings release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will be hosting a conference call at 8:00 a.m. PST (11:00 a.m. EST) on March 13, 2014 to discuss its operating results and other matters. Information on how to access the conference call is provided in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
