Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 7, 2016, Park City Group, Inc. (the "Company") hosted a conference call to discuss the release of certain earnings information presented in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release and the transcript of the conference call are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
