On November 5, 2009, Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2009 and other information.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
