Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 29, 2013, the Board of Directors of Tractor Supply Company (the "Company") announced a two-for-one split of the Company's common stock in the form of a stock dividend. As a result, stockholders will receive one additional share on September 26, 2013 for each share held as of the record date of September 18, 2013.
