On May 1, 2019 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, the Shareholders elected Mary Ann Cloyd to serve as an independent director to fill a vacancy on the Board caused by Edward L. Boykin, effective May 01, 2019. Edward L. Boykin has retired from the Company's Board.
