On April
17, 2008 the Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the
quarter and year to date ended March 31, 2008 and a $0.06 per share
dividend. The dividend will be paid on May 16, 2008 to shareholders
of record at the close of business May 2, 2008. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Report on Form
8-K.
