Item 2.02         Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On January 22, 2016, Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

 

Item 8.01         Other Events.

 

On January 22, 2016, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of its common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 6, 2016, payable on or about February 20, 2016. The dividend is discussed in the Company's press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
