Item 8.01. – Other Events.

On February 17, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. (the “Company”) determined to extend the deadline for stockholders to nominate directors to the Board pursuant to the Company’s bylaws at the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of stockholders from February 22, 2019 to March 15, 2019. Any director nomination received by the Secretary of the Company prior to the close of business on March 15, 2019 and otherwise complying with the bylaws may be submitted to the stockholders at the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of stockholders. The date of the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of stockholders has not been set.
