EXPLANATORY NOTE
This distribution report on Form 10-D/A and the attached Exhibit 99.1 amends and restates in its entirety the distribution report on Form 10-D and Exhibit 99.1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 15, 2019 (the “Original Report”). The purpose of this Amendment No.1 is to revise the table under the heading “Portfolio Occupancy Type Distribution” on page 5 of Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report, which inadvertently (i) omitted the percentage of “Owner Occupied” loans in the Portfolio from the second column thereof and (ii) indicated the “Total” for the column under the heading “Percentage” was 7.02% instead of 100%. See Exhibit 99.1 to this distribution report on Form 10D/A for the corrected numbers.
