On May 15, 2008, Equifax Inc. announced that two directors have provided notice that they will retire from the Board on September 19, 2008, following the regular Board meeting in September. The directors are Mr. Larry L. Prince, who is currently Lead Director and also is a member of the Executive, Finance, and Compensation, Human Resources & Management Succession Committees of the Board; and Ms. Jacquelyn M. Ward, a member of the Compensation, Human Resources & Management Succession Committee. A copy of the press release issued by Equifax is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
