On January 29, 2008, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. issued a press release entitled “LACROSSE
FOOTWEAR REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END RESULTS” regarding its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
